Due to the unauthorized access to the server of our "CROSS-EX" system, which is used in the search and order of satellite images, operation of the server has been suspended. Information on conducting searches for ALOS images and submitting orders for these images is provided as follows.
Currently, requests for the search and order of satellite images are accepted via e-mail, fax, and telephone. Image searches can also be conducted through the following websites.
(1) ALOS User Interface Gateway (AUIG), an online ALOS information service
AUIG is an ALOS image database used by researchers to conduct searches for images, and is operated by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). You may log in as a guest user to conduct data searches (Please log in using Guest user ID: GUEST999, and Password: AuigV3.0. Click on "Order and Obs. Requests" to begin your data search.)
* For range specific searches that take a longer time, such as the use of the "Rectangle" search method, it is possible to reduce the time taken to complete your search. Simply click on "Lat.Lon.-Path/Frame Convert" and conduct the search using the path/frame number of the desired region.
For inquiries about this system, please contact: RESTEC, Hatoyama Office

(2) Globe-Portal (BETA) (G-portal), an earth observation satellite data provision system
G-portal is a search database for observation satellite data products, operated by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). Users can conduct searches not only for ALOS images, but also for other types of JAXA environmental satellite data.
For inquiries about this system, please contact: Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency G-Portal Support Desk
(3) To submit orders for ALOS data products, please use the order form (Excel format) found at the end of this page. Input the product information that you have obtained through your searches, and send the completed form via e-mail to the following address.
＊For large-volume orders, you may submit your order using only the processing parameters if you send the CSV (search results obtained using AUIG or other services), including the Scene ID, together with your order form.
Once again, we would like to offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
